Can I get a refund if I pull out of an Ultivents tournament?
If your tournament entry includes travel or accommodation- including camping, you need to consult our ABTA terms and conditions of booking. These can be found here: LINK.

We understand that sometimes things beyond your control happen and you have to pull out of a tournament. However we also have an obligation to the other teams to make sure that the tournament is full as well as financial commitments to the host venue, caterers, medical service providers and our event managers.
The system below offers a reasonable balance between the team and the tournament director.
If you let the tournament director know that you wish to withdraw from a tournament more than 4 weeks in advance i.e. more than exactly 28 days before the first game of the tournament, then you and your players will be entitled to a full refund. Please note, in the event of cancellation by you or Ultivents refunds will be made as a single transaction to the team captain. Any team cancellations must be made by the Team Captain, in writing (email/letter or fax) and you must obtain written receipt of your email/letter/fax from one of our office team.

Flight Inclusive Tours
Any air holidays and flights shown on this website and in our brochures are ATOL protected, since we hold an Air Travel Organisers License granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 6079. In the very unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking.
For further information, visit the ATOL website at www.atol.org.uk. If you're considering booking with one of our competitors, please check they have an ATOL. If they don't your money and travel arrangements could be at risk.
Tours that don't include a flight
